Angime toward Decolonization and Antiracism in Central Asia 📚
We invite Central Asian UBC students, alumni, faculty, and staff to join our angime (conversation) for collective reflection on decolonization and antiracism work.
In a care-centred dialogic space, we will critically examine persistent colonialism and racial hierarchies that shape Western academic ways of knowing, and explore how we might engage these critically as we carry knowledge back to our home contexts.
❕No prior experience is required. Listening is participation.
