Have you recently returned from Japan and are feeling frustrated by your job search or financial situation? Are you feeling overwhelmed with work? Suffering from post-holiday stress and anxiety? Got the winter blues?

You may be experiencing burnout.

Join JETAABC, JETAA Prairies and JETAA Toronto for an insightful online session to learn about the signs and symptoms of burnout and coping strategies.

We will have a registered counsellor give a talk centering around anxiety, burnout management and life transition. This will be followed by a Registered Massage Therapist speaking on the physical symptoms of stress and how to mitigate their impact on your daily life. Attendees can then socialize with the speakers and each other during our networking session.

As a virtual event, we encourage JETAA members as well as friends and family to attend.

Date: Saturday January 24th, 2026, 11:00am to 12:30 pm PST
