As I complete my training to facilitate Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programs, this study keeps resonating. This Harvard study found that when left to our own devices, and unaware, our minds wander; dredging up memories from the past or worry about the future, i.e. nowhere good. It suggests that happiness is by found by bringing our minds back again and again to present moment awareness.
I am excited to be offering the MBSR program very soon. Please contact me if you are interested in learning more!
