Look at Ryien gooooo!!! 😍 Ryien is a busy Mom and finds she doesn't have any one in her personal life that is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle or fully understands her lifestyle changes. She sometimes has a hard with this, but she hasn't let that stop her.

She makes time for herself and has been doing the best she can, leaning on Kristen for guidance and support when she needs a hand. Look where that has gotten her - she's been crushing it!

30 lbs have been lost, new healthy & sustainable habits have been gained!

A prime example of Imposter Syndrome could be related to the very FIRST day you ever stepped foot into a gym or workout class.

🧠: "What am I doing here?"
🧠: "I am going to make a fool of myself."
🧠" "Everyone know what they are doing here but me..."

As you progress and gain confidence in your health and fitness journey, these thoughts and feelings may still arise from time to time. It is common to question yourself on the journey.

But let's unveil the truth: You don't need to be perfect or have it all figured out. Embrace the process, knowing that progress comes from persistence, dedication and grace.

Your journey is unique, and your achievements are worth celebrating, no matter how big or small. Don't compare yourself and your journey to someone else's. Comparison will only be the thief of joy.

Embrace your strengths, recognize your weaknesses and focus on your own progress. You are stronger than you think, more capable than you realize, and deserving of good health and fitness. Don't let imposter syndrome and the little negative voice in your head lie to you.

Figure out your non negotiables you want to stick to every day and make yourself a checklist to check off every day until it becomes a habit.

This could look like:
β˜‘οΈ A solid morning routine - Skincare, gratitude journal, breakfast
β˜‘οΈ Walk the dog
β˜‘οΈ Drink 3L of water a day
β˜‘οΈ Get in movement or a workout
β˜‘οΈ Do a tidy of the house before you watch TV at night
β˜‘οΈ Pack your lunch for the next day
β˜‘οΈ Read a chapter of a book
β˜‘οΈ Work on a goal for 30 min-1 hour

Non-negotiables are things you are NOT willing to skip out on for yourself because they are an important pillar for your well-being or happiness.

We are just at the beginning of Carly's first fat loss phase. We spent the first few months really building a strong foundation to a successful journey. We increased her maintenance calories and focused on increasing strength and building muscle before focusing on fat loss. We made sure that she was consistently hitting her macros, getting enough protein in and consuming whole nutrient dense foods BEFORE we even thought about decreasing her food. πŸ—πŸ₯—

Carly's success so far has definitely come from her ability to stay patient, put in the work that needs to be done and trust the process. She knows this isn't a quick fix and knows that if she wants long term success she needs to make this a part of her lifestyle. With the summer months right around the corner we have also made sure to practice finding that balance between achieving her goals while also enjoying life & drinking her favourite wine! 🍷

Are you ready for fat loss?

Contrary to popular belief, if your mental & physical health is suffering, then RIGHT NOW is not the right time to start a fat loss phase. Your mind and body need to be functioning optimally before you enter a dieting phase. Meaning that eating LESS shouldn't be your goal, eating healthier should be. 🍎πŸ₯¦

Nicole did 1:1 Full Coaching with Coach Kristen for 1 year to achieve her goals of muscle growth and fat loss. Now Nicole is now using all the tools that she learned in 1:1 Coaching and applying them to her Tier 3 Group Coaching program where she is maintaining her phenomenal progress.
