Math can often feel like a daunting and overwhelming subject. But it's important to remember that we don't actually hate math itself, we hate the negative emotions and experiences we associate with it.

At Joy of Learning it's our job as educators and mentors to change that narrative and create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. By breaking down complex concepts, providing hands-on and engaging activities, and fostering a sense of support and encouragement, we help students overcome their fears and develop a love for math.

Math is tough, but only as tough as we let it be :)

Happy Monday besties! Here's to a new week full of possibilities and excitement :)

Remember to:

1. Failing to plan is planning to fail: make a list of goals and "To do" you want to get done this week! Whether that's completing that assignment or cleaning your room, don't let your tasks just bounce around in your head -> Write them down!!!!

2: Schedule, schedule schedule: take that list and time block it in your calendar! For example, give yourself from 1-3 on Tuesday to finish your readings and then 3-4 to study for your science test!

3: Drink water: Besties, last time I checked scholars kept hydrated 💁‍♀
