St. John's Academy Vancouver is a small, supportive, accelerated, academically-focused learning community.
We aim to affirm our students' identities, develop a sense of belonging, and inspire all of our students to change the world. John's Academy offers Grade 8-12 high school program which is accredited by BC Ministry of Education.

In December, students had the opportunity to visit the Burnaby Art Gallery to view an Indigenous arts exhibition and to create some art of their own. There was lots of creative thinking and community building taking place!

Over the last few weeks there have been almost too many experiences to capture: Field trips all over Vancouver, community presentations, and even a KahootFest house competition. So many experiences, so much learning!

Belonging: Lots of Halloween fun on campus last week! Thanks to the new student council for planning excellent, fun activities Friday afternoon. Also, congratulations to the Strathcona 2 team for winning the pumpkin carving competition!
