Connection.

Today I was so grateful to host a connection circle for the beautiful souls who came out.
Thank you for showing up bravely and authentically. 🙏🏻

We talked about the barriers to connection, the fears that hold us back.
So much healing can happen in spaces where we can drop our masks.
What most people want it to be deeply seen, heard and truly known.
Our work is to drop the guards that prevent that.

There is a well known saying, "To know you is to love you"... I believe that everyone is lovable at their core.
We need to let go of the stories that are keeping us from the love we so deeply desire and deserve.
You deserve to be known.
Let people see the real you.
