Every evening, I go through my day’s experience. The wins, challenges, and lessons learned. Then I go through the outline/plan for the following day. This helps me to prepare for the day so that in the morning I hit the ground running. Also, as I go about the day, I am guided by the plan such that if any changes occur I can get back to the plan or otherwise.
