A musical like no other! Maquinna's "Rock the World" takes the community by storm. With shows on Tues, Wed and Thurs the community was treated to a fantabulous display of student musical and theatrical talent. Special thanks to all the parents and family members for their support. Also, a huge thanks to all the school staff for their flexibility, support and involvement. It couldn't have been done without them. Finally thanks to Ms. Wort and Ms. Arntzen for their amazing leadership and guidance- they are so creative and talented! We're looking forward to many more musicals in the future :)

Student Voice
Student leaders from Van Tech work with Maquinna students on learning to use their student voice to work in leadership capacities around the school. Students have met 3 times and over pizza lunches to discuss what they like and what they want to see more of at Maquinna. They plans to continue their work through the spring.
