A: YES! Plan B can be taken while on hormonal birth control. Ensure you also use backup protection for 7 days after using Plan B!

All s*xually transmitted infections must show symptoms.
- NO! This is a MYTH!
Many STI’s can be asymptomatic and individuals will not show any signs and/or symptoms. This is why it is important to get tested for STI’s on a regular basis.

Introducing the first iteration of the Pharmacy Sexual Health Club Anonymous Questionnaire!
Questions can include, but are not limited to menopause, contraceptives, s*x positivity, pregnancy, and more. All questions will be anonymous to the UBC Pharmacy Sexual Health Club. All questions will be posted anonymously via Instagram and/or Facebook to provide everyone with current s*xual health facts.

We are pleased to introduce UBC Pharmacy’s newest club: Pharmacy Sexual Health Club. This club was created in order to educate students on various aspects of s*xual health, and to promote a safe discussion space! We hope to engage students with various topics which includes the menstrual cycle, abortion information, s*x positivity, menopause, contraceptives, s*xual FAQ’s and more.
