My heart is filled with gratitude that I get to bring awareness to something I believe so deeply in, something I am so passionate about, to The WE-CAN Project at the Queen's University. Thank you for having me.

The WE-CAN Project is on a mission to engage and empower existing and aspiring women-identifying entrepreneurs to help them launch, grow and scale their businesses.

Last Thursday, I got to facilitate a workshop for 20+ women entrepreneurs, where we talked about the three different money mindset archetypes, how each affects the way we make decisions, how we can recognize it when we are in a particular mindset, and how we shift to a better serving one of our choice.

Yes, a mindset is a choice, and there is no judgement in which one we default into! I believe that healing our relationship with money starts with awareness, and self compassion. The healing takes place when we let go of guilt and blame. When we can be at peace with where we're at, then making a choice becomes easy because it's aligned with our heart.

Have you ever pulled a tarot card?

Yesterday, I pulled one online, through a link in a newsletter I subscribed to that said: "Draw a card to illuminate your hidden strength", and I got the Moon card. The description of this card is a beautiful reminder that sometimes, the answer and solution we are looking for are within us. Our body and mind have so much wisdom, if we just pause and go within, we will realize that not all is as it seems, that there are answers in the unknown, and beauty in the chaos:

"...The Full Moon symbolizes the unconscious mind, the unknown, intuition, and dreams. You may be aimlessly roaming and need to regain your sense of direction. Where reason may fail, intuition will triumph. It's time to connect with your true self, confront your anxieties, and go into the unknown. In terms of creativity and intuition, there may be a breakthrough....

..Dreams, visions, the fanciful, and the mysterious are all ruled by the Moon. It's a place that the High Priestess is familiar with and that the Hanged Man understands.
