What is kindness?
It’s a question that I’ve been asking myself for a couple of days now. So I decided to jump the bath, meditate and let it come to me.
Is it love? Compassion? Actions? How do you set boundaries while staying kind? How do you look out for yourself while still being kind towards all?
Why are we so quick to be kind towards someone and not someone else? Is it because we want it to be self-serving?
Maybe kindness is a state of being. Where we have to BE kind in order to be kind.
