The cooler, drier weather often makes us brace without noticing, and the upper back is usually the first place to react.

Stay 3-5 breaths in each posture, breathe steadily, and stay within what feels comfortable for your body.

As the weather shifts, many of us start to feel a little more scattered, tired, or dry.

Fall naturally brings more movement in the environment (wind, cooler air, less stability), and our bodies can react to that.
