All locations will be closed September 1st for Labour Day. Enjoy the long weekend.
Saturday kids BJJ is cancelled. Teen and Adult seminar/promotions with Chris Comrie from Imbroglio will be at 12 noon. Don't miss it.

We have a coach that will be taking over morning classes Tuesday's, Thursday's, and Saturday's.
Morning classes will continue running as normal with the exception of Tuesday July 1st where there will be no morning class.

Morning classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at our Lakeshore location are cancelled until further notice as Coach Mike is currently on leave.
We’re actively looking for a replacement coach and will keep you updated as soon as we have someone in place.

Hey everyone! Just a heads up — Monday evening classes (June 23rd) will be cancelled so you can all enjoy the Detroit River Fireworks with family and friends.
