It's Mental Health Week, and this year's theme is about sharing our stories.
Mental health stigma can be a significant barrier to seeking support. By listening, educating yourself, using appropriate language, and speaking up against stigmatizing language, we can make a positive impact on the mental health of our community. Health & Counselling has various resources and services here to support you.
Mental Health Week - CMHA National
Storytelling is a fundamental part of being human. Stories help build connections and strong communities. Storytelling, in all its forms, supports mental health and reduces stigma.
