We are a team of professionals offering support and education for pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeedi

Our group is made up of birth doulas, postnatal doulas, a lactation consultant, and childbirth educators. Our focus is providing education and support from pre-conception, through the birth experience, and into the parenting years.

We very much enjoyed meeting so many lovely parents and parents to be last weekend while we were at the lovely expo 🥰

We had some really great chats about the value and doability of birth 😁

And we got to connect with and interact with so many other passionate family supporters!
So wonderful ❣️

As always we had a basket of goodies for someone to win and someone did!
What's so sweet about this is that the lady who won the draw was entered into it by a friend of hers who clearly cares very much about her ✨

Join us for the last class of the year!

We have a couple spots left at our St. James location on Saturday, December 13th for our Big Day 3-part series.

This class is a full day (with food and breaks) where we talk about everything from the process of birth, to harnessing your hormones, to possible interventions and so many topics in between!

Having a baby early in the new year?? Get Prepared before the Christmas season! If you still need to get some classes in we have a couple spots available this weekend, November 29th at our St. Vital location for our 3-part series "The Big Day". We also have availability for our St. James location on December 13!

Don't forget about preparing for postpartum! Check out our Breastfeeding Essentials class on December 6, and our Baby and Parenting classes on December 20th!
