The iconic gantry cranes, Samson and Goliath at Harland & Wolff shipyard in Belfast are being reactivated and will return to use for the first time in 2 decades, ready to assemble units of the Fleet Solid Support ships.
Goliath will be back online in September, with Samson to follow shortly after. This is part of a £160M investment in the yard by Navantia.
