We wish Lexia Tsoukalas good luck at the Provincials today as the only Terry Fox Raven Athlete to qualify to compete at the Provincials. She will be competing in the Sr Girls HJ that gets underway at 9am at McLeod Stadium in Langley.

Good Luck Lexia we are already so proud of you, as she already won the Districts and Fraser North for Sr Girls High Jump this year.

No matter what happens, have fun.

Thats a wrap on the 2026 Lax season, our boys finished strong and in winning fashion at the Gator Cup at Walnut Grove. Thank you to the Gators for hosting us and all the volunteers that helped put it on, along with the refs.

Our boys went undefeated on a really hot day. Beating the Hyacks, Sardis, and Mission in Pool play and clinching the Championship against the Rapids and earning a back-2-back Gator Cup Championships. 🏆🥍

Thank you to our graduating Gr.12 players who dawned the Terry Fox Jersey for us. We wish you all the best in your Lax seasons and those that are continuing to play at the next level after graduation.

Our 7s Rugby team punched their ticket to Provincials at the end of May with their 2nd place finish at the Fraser North Championships today.

Congratulations Ladies and coaches, you earned this. Well-deserved 💪🏾

Lexia Tsoukalas not only won the Districts with a PB of 1.55m in HJ but today won the Fraser North Championship for HJ for Junior Girls with a jump of 1.45m and clinched a berth to the Provincials next month.

Congratulations Lexia, we are so proud of you and wish you good luck at the Provincials.

The season has been fast and furious this year, with the team already heading into playoffs next week Thurs May 21.

To recap league play, the team had a great opening game of the season against Thomas Haney earlier this month on April 27th that saw our team play with alot of grit and determination as they came from being down 4-1 to win 6-5 with the game winner being scored with .04 left on the clock by Cash Elliot.

In our 2nd game on April 30th it wasn't even close against Carney as our boys skated away with the 8-0 win.

On May 6 and 7 our team faced some tough competition against Mission and Bby North. The team dropped the game against Mission 4-2 and not sure of the final score against Bby North, I just know it is a game the boys probably want to forget.

The team is looking to get redemption against Mission in a Quarter-Final playoff game on Thurs May 21 at Maple Ridge Planet Ice. The puck drops early at 1:15PM.

Good luck to the team, as they look to make a solid run in the playoffs.

FRASER NORTH TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS 🎾 🏆

We hosted the Fraser North Tennis Championships yesterday and today, we would like to congratulate the 4 teams that will be going to the Provincials from our zone.

Boys
The Championship was a great match with the Moscrop panthers being up 2-0. The Gleneagle Talons fought their way back in it winning the next 2 double games, having it all go down to the final doubles match-up, it was hard fought by both teams with the Panthers winning the Match 3-2. Congrats to the Panthers on the banner and Championship and to Gleneagle on an outstanding Fraser North Championship run.

Girls
The Heritage Woods Kodiaks had an easier time earning the Champions and banner over the Port Moody Blues 4-1. It was a great Fraser North run by both teams.

Congratulations again to all 4 teams and good luck at the Provincials go represent the Fraser North
