I am an urban Indigenous, mixed ethnicity, muslim mom of five. An Earth walker and water protector, who is passionate and enthusiastic about life, learning, food and has the courage to embrace fear. Sharing experiences and learning from the diverse sources of knowledge that others hold keeps me rooted in my community, my culture and chasing what makes me feel alive.

Today, we remember.
We honor. And we choose to walk forward with action.

My own journey has been like a path home—one step at a time, guided by memory, carried by story.
In walking this path, I’ve been called to remember where I come from, to honor the strength of my ancestors, and to share these teachings with my children.

This day is not just about looking back—it’s about carrying forward.

With every truth spoken, every story heard, and every step rooted in respect, we weave a stronger future.

✨🌕 Grandmother Moon has always been a guide for me—through heavy seasons, through moments of letting go, and through times of planting new dreams.

This moon especially, I feel her whispering, “Slow down. Notice what you’ve grown. Gather the blessings you’ve been given.”

I want to invite you and your family to come into this circle with me—under the guidance of Grandmother Moon.

Together, we’ll walk through a 4-week Harvest Moon Journey—a time of storytelling, reflection, and learning how to live closer to the earth’s rhythms.
