Students are reminded to find any materials they might need to make their electrical device this weekend. Bring all required materials in on Monday.

Dollar stores might have toys with motors in them. Thrift stores also might have old toys or small appliances that use a motor. We can deconstruct these items on Monday and use any parts that might be useful.

Wanted:

Items that may have a small motor in them so we can deconstruct them and use them for parts. E.g. Old remote control cars, electric toothbrushes, etc.

Also- batteries to power out circuits.

Items are needed for Monday June 26th.

Trying out potato, grapefruit, and pickle batteries. We didn't have much success, so some decided to eat the battery! 😳

SWIMMING TOMORROW!

Remember to bring your bathing suit, towel, and sun screen. Bring a plastic bag to put your wet bathing suit in. After swimming, we will stay to play at the splash pad and eat our lunches.

The bus leaves TES at 10:15 a.m. and will return at 3:00 p.m.

Reminders:

Money ($10) and YELLOW permission form were DUE TODAY for our gymnastics and bowling trip. The trip is on Monday.

Next week, on Wednesday, we are booked to go swimming at the Erin Palmateer Pool. The cost is $3 per student. Permission forms will go home today or tomorrow and will be due back on Friday.

Please send a note or email me if you would be willing to be a parent supervisor for either event.
