I would like to give a heartfelt shoutout to the incredible educators at Turtleford Early Learning Centre in recognition of Early Childhood Educator Appreciation Day.

The staff at Turtleford Early Learning Centre make such a positive impact on the children and families in our community every single day. Their kindness, patience, creativity, and dedication create a safe and welcoming environment where children feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow.

The care and love they put into their work does not go unnoticed. These educators go above and beyond to help children learn, build confidence, and create meaningful connections that will last a lifetime.

Thank you to the entire team for the compassion, hard work, and heart you bring into the centre each day. Our community is so lucky to have such incredible educators.

Our goal for our classrooms is to make it feel and look like a home away from home for the children. 💛

We are currently looking for house plants, picture frames, and other cozy décor pieces to help make our space feel warm and welcoming. If you have any items like these that you are looking to part with, we would greatly appreciate the donation to our classroom. 🤩

Thank you, Mitchell Bros Excavating, for your generous donation of sand to Turtleford Early Learning Centre!

Playing with sand offers endless opportunities for children’s growth and development. Through digging, pouring, building, and exploring, children strengthen their fine and gross motor skills while also developing coordination and problem-solving abilities. Sand play naturally encourages creativity and imagination, as children create their own worlds, structures, and stories.

Playing with sand also supports social development. Children learn to share materials, take turns, collaborate on building projects, and communicate their ideas with one another. It fosters independence, confidence, and resilience as they test ideas, make mistakes, and try again.

Most importantly, it connects children to the natural world, allowing them to explore textures, cause and effect, and sensory experiences in a meaningful, hands-on way.

We are so grateful for your support ! Thank you again for the donation!
