Some of the most common questions when considering to put your child into martial arts are:

Won't teaching them punching and kicking make them more aggressive?

He/she already has sone aggression issues. Will this make it worse?

The proven reality is that training in Martial Arts, with the right instructor, will help the child GAIN self-control, respect for others, perseverance when things get a little hard, effective listening and following instructions, group team work.

ALSO, with the right instructor, they will be SHOWN self-control, respect, compassion, and will be lovingly pushed towards reaching hard goals and overcoming hurdles.

While Martial Arts is not for everyone, In my 24 years of training ang teaching, I have never heard a parent regret trying their kids in Martial arts.
