Sensory fun! Orbies and shaving cream! Messy messy fun times!!

We had a PD day on Friday and the kids made marshmallow structures (some building materials may have been eaten 😉), we had a paper airplane toss contest and lots of other fun was had!

Self portraits! The kids let their creativity run wild with this project and they had so much fun creating!! Now these works of art are decorating our stair well.

We had a very special visitor at the centre today.....SANTA!!!!!!

The Kids Connection Christmas party was a success!! The children enjoyed a pizza party 🍕 (thank you to Foothills Pizza and Pasta in Black Diamond for delivering even though it was much earlier than your regular delivery hours!) A special craft and of course the jolly man himself!

This Friday (Dec 10) was a PD day and we had a fantastic fun day! We dropped off our toy donations to the Sheep River Library, and stayed to watch The Grinch, and we did the Turner Valley Elf Hunt!! The children worked together and we found all 20 elves! Thanks to the Town of Turner Valley for organizing such a fun event!

We had a successful toy drive at Kids Connection to help collect toys for the Salvation Army at the Sheep River Library! Thank you to all our wonderful families, and to the ladies at the Library for collecting toys!

Our community has a very talented, pretty famous (around here anyway!!) and generous Local artist, Crystal Salamon.
Crystal recently donated a stack of colouring supplies and our kids are over the moon excited and bursting at the seams with creativity!!

The children did some poppy crafts and colouring, we made a Thank You poster and it is now at the Turner Valley Legion.
