a variety of educational toys that will teach your child(ren) the skills they need to grow physically, mentally, intellectually and socially. After all, these children are our future. Cost of Care (as of June 2012)

Regular full day: $30.00 a day for one child.

2:30pm - 5:30pm $15.00 after school (snack provided)

If your child is sick, you are still required to pay for your contracted days. Payment schedule: Weekly or Biweekly

(* if your scheduled payment is late, your child(ren) cannot return the following week until payment is made; without prior approval)

Business Hours/Overtime

I will be providing childcare from Monday to Friday between 7:30am - 5:30pm. If you need care for earlier or later than the times offered, then we can discuss it and changes can be made based on my ability to meet your needs. There is an additional fee of $5.00 per hour or any part thereof that hour if your child is dropped off earlier than 7:30am (without prior approval) and for the child(ren) not picked up by 5:30pm. (without prior approval) Late arrival does not allow late pick-up. To ensure the safety of you child, only you or the person/people listed on your pick up list may pick up your child. Phoning me to let me know someone different will be picking them up is fine. If I have never met the person, they will have to have a photo ID like a drivers license on hand, so I can confirm that they are who they say they are. Supplies:

Parents are responsible for supplying:

- A full change of clothing including :
pants, shirt, underwear and socks

- Any other supplies your child may need. (ex: puffers)

I will be supplying all their meals and snacks, unless otherwise decided (allergies...etc.) All personal belongings should be marked with child's name. It is not necessary to bring eating utensils, cups or dishes as they will be supplied. Quiet Time

All children will be required to rest each day. Quiet time will be from 12:30pm to 2:00pm. This will include a movie time, reading, or quiet hand held video games if they choose to bring them. Holidays/Vacations

There will be no charge for Holidays as childcare will not be available. If there is a day I need off, then I will give as much notice as possible, and there will no charge, unless I get a substitute. There will be two weeks of vacation. I will let you know when I am taking my two weeks as soon as possible. I will be taking the same ones as my husband. When he knows his days I will let the families I care for know as well. If you take vacation the same time as myself then there will be no charge. Intention to Cancel

A two weeks notice period is necessary for either party to terminate childcare arrangement. The childcare provider has the option to terminate the agreement at any time if the fee payment agreement is not met.
