Si-Fu Cynthia has been practicing for over 30 years and loves to inspire students to learn the fundamentals of Kung-Fu while instilling a sense of discipline, focus and respect.

Sawyer for ages 4-6 and Maeve for the 7-14 year old group!
Neither students were in class yesterday but were presented their medals via FaceTime.

How can I not tear up when one of my 5 year old students draws this for me? I am the luckiest Kung-Fu teacher in the world! These kiddos teach me more than I could ever teach them! 💕
