Due to the extreme shortage of Staffing in the field, most Directors still work on the floor in some capacity. My goal is to have a consistent presence in program, which requires me to further streamline many of our protocols. Especially that endlessly growing waitlist, because I could spend most of my time on this alone!
I am grateful to all Families interested in joining our Kaleidoscope Community, however I do not have the ability to directly address all inquiries.
Currently we keep a list of inquiring families. Many Centres have moved away from this and we are considering making the change, too. However, our list is still open as of July 2025.
