100 Days Home 🥾 | Day 84

Tonight I experienced the beautiful music of Snatam Kaur, surrounded by voices chanting together and so much love in the room.

It reminded me that coming home can take many forms.

Sometimes it is becoming quiet enough to hear ourselves.

And sometimes it is opening our hearts through music, mantra and devotion — remembering our connection to something greater than ourselves.

Maybe we don't always have to find our way home alone.
Sometimes we can sing our way there.

Sending you a little of the love I felt tonight.

I’ve been noticing the difference between performing and authentic expressing.

Performance asks: What should I say? Am I doing this right? What will people think?
Expression asks: What is true for me right now?

Maybe coming home to ourselves is learning to recognize the difference.

To step out of who we think we’re supposed to be and become curious about what is actually here.

Less performing. More listening. More trusting. More expressing what is genuinely ours.

Today a simple leaf taught me something about presence.

I wanted to look down. I wanted to make sure the lines connected. I wanted to get it “.”

But the practice was to keep looking at the leaf… noticing every edge, every curve, every detail — and trusting my hand to follow.

How often are we so busy checking the outcome that we miss the experience itself?

Maybe coming home is less about getting it right… and more about being fully here. 🍂

Sometimes we don’t realize how much we need to step away until we do.

Away from the screen. Away from the doing. Away from the noise.

And suddenly, there’s space again.

Today, coming home looked like standing at the top of a mountain and remembering what peace feels like.

Where do you go to reconnect with yourself?

Sometimes we don’t notice what we need until the day is almost over.

No judgment. No wishing we had done it differently.

Just notice… and choose again.
