Posting this video as a general knowledge base, However you'd be learning more accurate ways during our training courses. Just as an example, imagine this is a 6-9 m. baby, weighting about 15 or 20 lbs., you cannot safely do that while standing without supporting your arm, It's best performed in a kneeling (on the floor) or sitting (on a chair) position, while supporting your arm on your own leg, so you won't drop the baby on the floor!
