The Myanmar Student Association @ Seneca had the honor of visiting a Burmese monastery in Toronto to welcome the Myanmar New Year. During this meaningful occasion, we made a donation and shared moments of reflection, culture, and community.🇲🇲

အားလုံးနဲ့ တွေ့ဖို့ စောင့်မျှော်နေပါမယ်နော် 🥰❤️

Having a cup of tea together is a special kind of bonding in our Myanmar culture.🇲🇲 Many of us grew up going to tea houses with our elders. As teenagers, tea houses became our meeting spots with friends. Even miles away from home, together with all the MSAS members, we continue to bring our tea culture with us — easing our homesickness one cup at a time.

Thank you to everyone for showing up to our first event: MSAS Tea Talk. It was truly a pleasure meeting you guys.
