Our community outing to the zoo was a fun and engaging experience for the adults in our neurodivergence program. Participants enjoyed exploring the exhibits, learning about different animals, and spending time outdoors together in a supportive environment. Outings like these help build important social skills such as communication, teamwork, and practicing positive interactions in the community. The trip also encouraged independence, confidence, and curiosity while creating meaningful opportunities for friendship and connection. Everyone had a wonderful time sharing laughs, making memories, and experiencing the joy of learning together.
