Two new courses added to In The Grain Workshop's schedule. Both are starting next week.
On Monday and Wednesday evenings we will craft a unique cutting board that is segmented and held together with magnets.
Tuesday and Thursday evenings we will create a wonderful cherry dovetailed box complete with lift lid.

Just finished a three piece cutting board held together with magnets. Use one or two or three to cut or maybe one to serve. Check our webpage shortly to sign up for the evening course.

Will be running up to A&M Wood Specialty to pick out some live edge slabs for tables...

Some more work on the live edge side table. We will be running this course in about a week or two.

Dial in Accuracy with Calipers Sometimes close enough is close enough. But when precision matters, turn to calipers.

This Saturday I'll be at the Toronto location of Lee Valley Tools demonstrating joinery, mainly dovetails, but I'm sure we will talk about so much more. Two sessions but make sure you register. Hope to see you there. I'll be the one wearing the dust and wood shavings.
