🌟 Empowering Education for All! 🌟

The OHRC is calling on the Ministry of Education to enhance communication and transparency regarding policy updates, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. By establishing clear thresholds, we can hold school boards accountable and promote a safer, more inclusive environment for every student.
Let’s also prioritize diversity in our teaching workforce! Faculties of Education must implement accountability frameworks to increase the number of Black educators, fostering representation and equity in our schools.

Together, we can create a brighter future for all students! 💪🏽📚✨
