Today, the Royal Academy of Dance announces that Chan Hon Goh C.M., D.Litt. is appointed as a Vice President of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD).

Supporting RAD President, Dame Darcey Bussell, the RAD’s Vice Presidents play a crucial role in communicating, supporting and furthering the RAD’s important mission to inspire the world to dance.

Chan Hon Goh is a distinguished Canadian ballet leader whose career reflects a synthesis of artistic excellence and thoughtful leadership. A former Principal Dancer with The National Ballet of Canada, she was the first dancer of Chinese heritage to attain this rank, performing leading roles across the classical repertoire and touring internationally with critical acclaim.
