THIS…

“When I decided I didn’t have to choose [between high art and community action, between creative vision and social purpose] I discovered how many ways dance could live and how many subjects it could address.”
— Liz Lerman

This quote lives at the heart of Liz’s work, where artistry and activism, imagination and inquiry, body and world, meet.

What possibilities open up when we stop asking our art to choose just one path?
