On May 13th, we were honoured to welcome Jenn Green and her grandfather, Holocaust survivor Nate Leipciger to speak to staff and students from grades 5-12.

We are grateful they were able to share Nate’s powerful story with us about surviving the Holocaust.

We would like to congratulate Nate on recently being appointed to the Order of Ontario and the Order of Canada, recognizing his extraordinary contributions to both Ontario and Canada.

Remembering the Holocaust and honoring its victims helps build a society rooted in respect, empathy, and inclusion.

We hope the presentation inspired us all to reflect and carry these lessons forward. We must never forget!

Our elementary students have worked very hard on their robots this year. Starting in March, they spent 3 weeks teaching their robots the choreography to Shakira's "Zoo". Enjoy the video!
