Sometimes itโs subtle.
Your patient isnโt quite themselves today. Quieter. Less engaged. Something feels off.
Vitals look fine. A colleague shrugs: โThatโs just their dementia.โ
But you know better. Real clinical readiness isnโt about the numbersโitโs about noticing whatโs changed from their baseline.
Assess. Ask questions. Escalate. Document. Early recognition can be the intervention that saves a patient. ๐ง
Have you ever caught something important because you noticed a subtle change? Comment your experience ๐
