What a day! Thank you to our Bannockburn parents for bringing such community spirit to our annual school picnic on Toronto Island! The weather was perfect and the company was even better. 🥰☀️ Happy last day of school!

We're so proud of all your achievements. Thank you to everyone who came to support our grads and third-year transitioning students. Wishing everyone a safe, fun, and happy summer! ☀️🎉

This week we held both the Primary Play Day and Elementary Sports Day ⚽⛹️‍♀️🔆 We jumped, ran, threw, caught, bounced, dribbled, and laughed our way through so many fun activities. The students brought tremendous school spirit! The team cheers were excellent. 👏

The Grad Trip at Bannockburn is unique in that it is planned and fundraised entirely by the students. From September onward they hosted sales, raffles, a car wash, special lunches, and more. They created a budget, researched prices, and decided on an itinerary. They celebrated their success with a well-earned trip to Montreal with visits to the Biodome, Botanical Gardens, Olympic Stadium, and an excellent dinner at Gibby's Restaurant!

What a great turnout! Fun games, delicious food, captivating shows, great company ~ We had it all! Thank you to all the students, parents, teachers, and volunteers who made it such a memorable event.

Last night we had the total joy of welcoming back some of our Bannockburn grads! Students were represented from the class of 2016 to our current grads, and it was truly wonderful to see everyone. The conversation ranged from where everyone is going to university to what their future goals are, but also, to what their happy Bannockburn memories are. We loved having our grads return and celebrating our exceptional alumni.

Presenting Bannockburn's Science Fair! 🔬 Our UEL students shared their research and findings on their scientific investigations, which began by thinking about what they are interested in and how they can present their results. Parents and students learned answers to fun scientific-based questions and marvelled over their impressive research and presentation skills!
