Thank you to the Toronto Fire Department for taking time out of your busy schedule to show our school your firetruck and tools! The children will remember this day for a long time! 🚒🧑‍🚒

🐢🐇🦀Thank You Pawsitively Pets for a fun filled visit. The children loved learning about each animal and getting a chance to pet them 🦔🦎🦜

During the Pawsitively Pets visit, the children became the mountains for the chinchilla to sit on ⛰️

Our J.K.s loved exploring and learning through their "Authors and Artists" unit, during the month of April. The authors they focused on were , , and ! They completed reading comprehension and reflection activities for each of the author's wonderful books. Favourites included transforming a letter from Melanie Watt into one from "Chester", making "Mix It Up!" and "Let's Play!" art, writing stories just like "Rocket" and outlining our dream birthday party just like "Moira's Birthday". We love to read and felt lots of gratitude towards these four amazing authors for inspiring us! 📚❤️
