WHO WE ARE, AND WHAT DO WE DO!
N & R Personnel Resources provides specialized and individualized direct support services delivered at a location suited to an individual’s needs across the Greater Toronto Area. We provide in-home, school, or educational program care, as well as day and residential care programs, and onsite support in nursing homes and retirement facilities. Our professional staff includes Child and Youth Workers (CYW) and Personal Support Workers (PSW).

Over the past several years especially during Covid-19 we saw the large gap in services. The increasing population of children, youth, adults and elderly Canadians with mental health, chronic conditions, and disabilities has placed unprecedented demand on both public and private care systems. COVID-19 also exposed various gaps in the care and services systems provided today, putting many Canadians at risk.
