Personality Dimensions Workshop Facilitators & Trainers - Michael Tudor & Larry Konyu provide a wide variety of skills and talents to suit any audience

It is September and the days are getting shorter and cooler. At times like these, it seems like a new beginning - a rebirth. Especially with all the controversies surrounding us, we forget how best to talk to each other - to express our feelings without negating those of others. The freedom of speech is the keystone of democracy and somehow we have gone astray. Can we not now hit the pause button and reflect on our path going forward? We believe that learning how to communicate effectively with each other may help. Therefore, we recommend using PERSONALITY DIMENSIONS as a tool to recognize our own communication styles/preferences and better understand those of others. Please visit our website to get more information about programs that might be suitable for you or someone you know: https://www.kondor.ca/services/
or you can register for our certification program and become a licensed workshop facilitator: https://www.kondor.ca/services/?page_id=7&title=certification
As Master Trainers, I, Larry Konyu and my partner, Michael Tudor, would be happy to discuss your needs to design a custom program for you. Please contact us at [email protected] or [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you.

It seems as though this is a time of great transition. It also seems that there is a lot of disagreement about the truth and freedom of speech. Perhaps it would be useful/helpful to understand how temperament can influence one's behaviour. In this way, maybe we could better appreciate that we are all different and that these differences are gifts to help us see things from different perspectives and help us communicate more effectively.

Personality Dimensions is a tool that can aid us develop skills to enhance our understanding of others. Kondor Enterprises offers certification training in Personality Dimensions once per month virtually or in-person. Sign up now to guarantee your spot:

After the shock of turning 76 in August, it was important for me to keep running and enjoying the races here in Toronto. My goal is to run one race each month and the rule that Michael Tudor and I had was that the race had to give MEDALS to ALL finishers. Well, as it turns out, there aren't that many runners left after the age of 75 and so I keep winning first place in my new category of 75 - 99. Yikes!!! Here are a couple of pictures. One on Toronto Island with all first place finishers in all categories and the other in yesterday's Yorkville run. My brother-in-law, Tim Payne, also ran with me on this very fine day. He was younger than me so he was not in my category. Thank goodness - because he is a lot faster than me. He turns 75 in March, so he tells me that I better get ready to move over next year when he takes over first place! Ha! He just might be surprised!!!!
