In case you wonder where I’ve been..
Life has been busy, creating, caring for & raising a fantastic human being. Visiting ecosystems & collecting inspiration, pollinating, sprouting, spreading seeds & harvesting along the way

Heal thy Roots has been transforming too. I’m not sure exactly what will become of my life’s work within the new reality, but I’ll continue tending to it as it grows & matures along with our family

a good Chaga chai soap batch starts with a strong spicy Chaga brew! it simmers for hours on the which’s cauldron with cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, turmeric & ginger to become the base of this nourishing soap, and to nourish every cell of my body while I’m at it!

This brew is a staple in my kitchen during the cold months. Chaga is really amazing at regulating the body to deal with all the changes, keeps me healthy, warm & sane, and makes a great soap base!!
