Mildenhall Montessori Schools is a community of three schools providing a delightful and dynamic education for more than 275 students aged 2 1/2 to 12 years. All three schools share a common modest beginning: one traces its foundation to 1967, when it was initially established as a Canada Centennial project; another to 1973 when it began in a rented church space near High Park; the third to 1996, when a small classroom of nine 2 and 3 year olds stepped their way up the stairs to the “blue door in the red house” on Spadina Ave. Now many of our current students are second generation members of our extended family. Mildenhall Montessori Schools are not typical private schools. Within our beautiful, sunny, and welcoming schools, each child is challenged to learn in an environment that emphasizes independence, responsibility, and curiosity. Located in the diverse neighbourhoods of the Annex, High Park, and Mimico (Etobicoke), the three schools all provide an authentic accredited Montessori education, supplemented by enhanced programming in French, music, sports, and art.
