Get a wider and more balanced mix with this awesome effects rack. It lets you control mid and side levels independently.

Mid = everything that is in mono
Side = everything that is in stereo

Let's say you're mastering a track and notice that it has too much reverb and delay, and it sounds washed out and weak.

You could use this rack to lower the volume of the side (stereo) portion of this mix where reverbs and delays usually are.

You could also turn up the level of the mids (mono) where the drums, vocals, basses and leads usually are. This will make the track sound more focused, louder and more powerful.

Give this effects rack a try. You can also use it on loops and samples that have too much junk in the sides or are too narrow.

Looking for that analog warmth? Most software & samples have tons of high frequencies that don't need to be there, making everything sound harsh and thin. Try cutting them & boosting the resonance (Q value). This will make your sounds warmer and more natural sounding. ⠀

Don't overdue it. Just enough until you hear the sound warming up.
