I feel like September is always a bit of a reality check. 🍎
Back to school, getting everyone back into routines, lunches, activities, work, kids… and somehow we all need to eat in the middle of it.
Having Inspired Go salads in my fridge over the last month has genuinely made one small part of my day so much easier. I can grab one on my way to school, throw one in the fridge for lunch, or have something ready when I’m running around with the kids and realize I haven’t thought about what I’m going to eat.
No meal prep, no figuring out lunch at the last minute, and they’re actually something I look forward to eating. 🙌🏻
