An educational community of booklovers and wordsmiths. Leading Word offers after-school enrichment courses and clubs for students in grades 1 to 9.

Leading Word inspires children to be avid readers and skilled writers. Our courses engage the students and provide them with the curriculum and instruction they need in order to obtain a mastery of vocabulary, grammar, and writing. Public speaking practice, debates, and book circles are also key elements of Leading Word. Through these exciting activities, our students sharpen their oral and interpersonal skills. Classes take place once a week and are each 90 minutes long.
