Orfe EcoArt Values in Action:

Sometimes, the hardest thing to shape in the classroom isn't cardboard or plastic. It's the walls kids build around themselves.
In our Orfe EcoArt classes, we sometimes meet children who don't like to share their materials and prefer to work alone. But the magic happens when they face a group challenge. When they realize that building a big sculpture requires joining their pieces and helping each other, something changes naturally.
Sharing stops being a strict rule and becomes something fun because we discover how far we can go when we work together.

Also, we're making peacocks! In nature, they lose their feathers and grow new ones every year. A reminder that we too can start fresh, and that each day is a chance to be a little better.

The children have been working hard on this one. Lots of patience and careful work. Watching them help each other and keep going has been lovely. It's in those small moments that you feel something bigger.

This year, we're challenging our students with more complex projects, and watching them grow has been incredibly rewarding. As they practice perseverance, patience, teamwork, kindness, and resilience, these values spread like a gentle wave, reaching even those who watch from the windows. 🕊️

Our hearts are full! 💚

We are overjoyed to be working with an incredible new school community this term. Seeing their students' creativity and enthusiasm firsthand as we create art from recycled materials has been absolutely inspiring.

A huge thank you to the wonderful teachers and families for the warm welcome. We are so grateful for this partnership and look forward to all the beautiful, eco-friendly art we will create together!

🌟 Celebrating Christmas with Hearts and Hands 🌟
This season, we celebrate the true spirit of Christmas, the joy of Christ's birth, and the values of love, hope, and giving He placed in our hearts.

We are deeply grateful to the students and community of this school for welcoming our Orfe EcoArt program. Together, they created this beautiful Nativity scene using recycled materials, transforming simple objects into a heartfelt symbol of faith and renewal.

Their creativity reminds us that the greatest gifts are those we create by caring for one another and our shared home. It was a true lesson in stewardship, community, and putting our faith into loving action.

I look back on this year, reflecting not on personal milestones but on the profound privilege of having witnessed hundreds of children and their families rediscover joy, creativity, and hope through ecological art.
This year, the true success was measured in the smiles of turning "waste" into treasure, in stories from families who began recycling with a new sense of purpose, and in the creation of welcoming spaces for calm and collaboration in the classrooms. We saw how these experiences nurtured not only environmental awareness but also confidence and mutual respect.
None of this would be possible without the trust of the wonderful schools that opened their doors to us and, above all, every family who believed in the value of creating with love and intention.
With a heart full of gratitude, my greatest wish for the coming year is that this seed of mindful creativity and active hope continues to grow in more hearts. Thank you for being part of this circle.

🌿🎨 High School Volunteers Wanted – Join Our Creative Summer Camp!

Are you a high school student looking for a fun and meaningful volunteer opportunity this summer? Do you love working with kids, being creative, and caring for the environment? 🌎

The Orfe EcoArt Program is looking for 3 enthusiastic and creative high school volunteers to support our EcoArt Summer Camps!

You’ll help:
✅ Assist children during eco-art workshops
✅ Set up and organize materials (mostly recycled!)
✅ Encourage creativity and environmental care
✅ Gain volunteer hours and leadership experience

Dates: July 14-18
Location: St. Bonaventure Parish Centre
