The month of May was the start of the Spring/Summer term and began with many experiential learning opportunities! Take a look at some of our highlights of this busy month!
Thank you so much to everyone who joined us yesterday for the HTM Rolling into Summer Social! It was incredible to see our community of students, faculty, alumni, and advisory council members come together in the TRSM Commons to connect, network, and showcase some seriously impressive Vietnamese rice paper roll-making skills.
A massive thank you goes out to our alumnus Chef Kevin M. Wong ('13) for his fantastic live demonstration and for lending his culinary expertise as our guest judge, and a special thank you to our student Sydra Adrees who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make this event come to life!
