Open a book, turn on a TV show, and if it was made in the past five years, there’s a fair chance you may find someone like you. That is, someone who shares some social category with you: asexual, Asian, trans. What is “representation,” and what do you think of it? Is there “good representation,” or “bad representation?” How does it make you feel to see people like yourself in media, or not? What’s your favourite show/book/movie right now?? Let’s talk about representation in media!

Join us on October 13th from 3 to 4:30 PM to discuss diverse representation! Meet at 21 Sussex Ave in the St. George campus and look out for our QTC Coordinators and signs leading to the SGDO Office.
