Hi friends. I have some news. I have decided to make a move and will be leaving Olliffe. It has been a total pleasure providing these classes to you and I hope to continue to do so eventually but at a different venue. I will be changing the name of the page and will continue to keep you posted of the progress of our new venue. Thank you so much for your support over these last couple years and I look forward to what the future will bring. Thanks again! Erica

For those asking about our hours, our classes are held once a month on Wednesday nights at the Leslieville location of Olliffe Butcher Shop. We always start at 8:00 p.m. and finish up around 10:00 - 10:30ish depending on the number of people in the class and the material we are covering. Hope that helps!!
