At The Behaviour Team Inc., we believe acceptance means recognizing and respecting the full spectrum of autistic experiences — including those with significant, complex, and high support needs.

Autism is not one-size-fits-all. For some, it can come with real challenges in communication, daily living, sensory processing, and safety. Those experiences deserve to be acknowledged with honesty, without minimizing or comparing.

As an ABA centre, our commitment is to provide neuro-affirming support that prioritizes dignity, autonomy, and quality of life. That means meeting each person where they are, supporting communication in all forms, reducing distress, and building skills that are meaningful to them and their families — not forcing compliance or masking.
Acceptance is not about labels or slogans. It’s about creating environments where autistic individuals — across the entire spectrum — are supported, understood, and respected as they are.

Today and every day, we listen, we adapt, and we advocate for care that is compassionate, individualized, and grounded in respect.

Huge shoutout to Tamanna and Zeal！They may be new to the field, but they’ve already proven to be absolute naturals. From always showing up for their clients to building incredible rapports with clients and staff alike (that usually takes years to master), their impact is already so strong! They lead their sessions with so much kindness and warmth and it truly shows in the clients successes.

We are incredibly proud to announce that one of our Supervised Senior Instructors, Laura, has officially passed her BCBA exam!!🎉👏

The journey to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst requires immense dedication, thousands of hours of fieldwork, and a deep commitment to the families we serve. Laura has tackled every challenge with grace and expertise, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to see her reach this milestone!

Here at TBT we recently celebrated Saman on her 2-year work anniversary! It’s hard to believe it’s already been 2 years but she’s definitely become a part of the family in that time!

As a supervised instructor, she is not only she incredibly sweet to everyone she meets, but her dedication to the team always shows. She’s always willing to put her best foot forward to learn and grow and is the first to stay behind to ensure her clients and colleagues have everything they need.
